Rules
The top 25% of the standard cardpool as measured by Trash or Busto is excluded from rolls.
You will not roll agendas, in faction cards, neutral cards, multiple consoles, or Spin Doctor (which is included with no influence cost).
Certain 'janky' rotated ids and cards can be rolled if that option is selected. This can include agendas from any faction. Each ID has a 15% chance of being rotated, and if the ID isn't rotated you have a 33% chance to get a rotated card in a given roll.
Card Pool
"Full roll" will roll 3 corps and 3 runners, while the mulligan options will roll exactly once for that side.
